About Our Organic White Spruce Essential Oil

Due to its relatively high Bornyl acetate content and a variety of monoterpene alcohols and oxides the essential oil of White Spruce is highly effective against a large spectrum of viral and bacterial respiratory infections.

In addition Picea glauca is an effective antispasmodic and nerve equlibrating tonic.

White Spruce is a large coniferous evergreen tree which grows to heights of 50 to 100 feet (15 - 30 m), but can grow up to 130 feet (40 m) tall with a trunk diameter of up to 3 feet (1 m), measured at breast height. The crown is narrowly conic in young trees, becoming cylindrical in older trees.

Aromatic Notes

Refreshing, warm, radiant aroma, a bit woody with a soft sweet balsamic note.

Direction For Use

Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted

Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.

Inhalation: diffuse or inhale

Other uses: used for creating blends, spiritually uplifting
