For order changes after submission, the order will be canceled and will need to be resubmitted.

Once your order label has been created it has left our facility and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Special Holiday Considerations: due to the increased volume of mail during the holiday season, the US postal service may take an average of 3-10 days longer than normal to deliver your package. Please allow plenty of time to place your order so may receive it when needed.

Expedited Shipping:

Please submit orders before 11am PST, Monday through Friday. While it is our goal to ship orders out the same day, if your order is urgent please call us and we will do our best to ship it the same day you place it (dependent on order workload that day). If you place an order on Friday and need Saturday delivery, please call us. Otherwise, it will arrive the next business day.
