About Our Organic Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil
Regulations in most countries require Eucalyptus globulus oil to be rectified – altered or redistilled. Portugal permits the sale of crude, in other words authentic, Eucalyptus globulus oil, as it is preferred for aromatherapy. As there is no industrial demand for this genuine oil, unrefined Eucalyptus globulus has become somewhat of a rarity. The only two markets willing to accept the higher prices for authentic Eucalyptus globulus are apparently aromatherapy and fine perfumery which, of course, seek out much more complex, rather than standard, rectified Eucalyptus oils.
Aromatic Notes
Medicinal, fresh, woody and earthy notes.
