About Our Organic Thyme Linalool Essential Oil From Spain

This linalool-type Thyme is distilled from cultivated plants in Spain. This Thyme linalool is different from the French varieties as it contains a good proportion of Terpinene-4-ol. This is the same terpene alcohol that gives Tea Tree its antispetic powers. So while it is a bit less floral than the French varieties it recommends itself especially for antiseptic skin care blends.

Aromatic Notes

Fresh, green, sweet herbaceous, clean, gentle aroma. Slightly less floral note then our French variety.

Direction For Use

Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted

Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.

Other uses: used for creating blends, suppositories
