About Our German Chamomile Essential Oil
This specific Chamomile arguably is the best and most beautiful essential oil of German Chamomile available.
Cultivated and distilled in Bavaria, our German Chamomile comes from seed stock that guarantees a uniquely high (-) alpha bisabolol content (30%). Consequently it is considered to be the most effective chemotype of German Chamomile.
Oils from Egypt, Nepal or other origins are usually of the less effective bisabolol oxide or bisabolone chemotypes. (-) Alpha bisabolol is among the strongest anti-inflammatory agents found in essential oils.

An old Germanic myth claims that Chamomile flowers harvested in the night of summer solstice have magical powers.
