About Our Organic Black Spruce Essential Oil

Because of its targeted support of the adrenal cortex, Black Spruce is the perfect oil to use in the shower or during the day applied topically over the adrenal glands on the lower back to restore lost energy. Black Spruce is also ideal for immune deficiencies, playing a major role in fighting respiratory infections and cleansing the respiratory airways.

For prostate issues or hormone related issues it is ideally blended with Scots Pine and Black Pine.

Aromatic Notes

Refreshing, warm, radiant aroma, a bit woody with a soft balsamic note

Direction For Use

Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted

Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.

Inhalation: diffuse or inhale

Other uses: used for creating blends, spiritually uplifting
