About Our Roman Chamomile From Bulgaria
Roman Chamomile essential oil promotes instant relaxation and allows cramps and tensions to just melt away. According to L’Aromathérapie Exactement, it is helpful for nervous shock and other stress related issues. Roman Chamomile typically has a rich assortment of esters, some of them quite unusual. But this particular distillation from Bulgaria is so rich in highly fragrant and distinct esters that many who smell it, spontaneously mistake it for Cape Chamomile!
Aromatic Notes
Similar to Cape Chamomile, fresh, sweet/warm fruity, herbal aroma.
Direction For Use
Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted.
Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.
Inhalation: diffuse or inhale.
Other uses: widely used for creating blends.
