About Our Organic Cardamom Essential Oil
This oil tonifies and stimulates heart and digestion, and is emotionally uplifting. It relieves cramps, stomach aches, sluggish digestion, diarrhea, bronchitis.
On a non-physical level Cardamom calms and balances the nervous system after emotional upset.
Aromatic Notes
Rich green earthy note, some what musky and woody, tenacious.
Direction For Use
Topical use: CAUTION apply strongly diluted (Drop by drop) in a carrier oil. Test for sensitivity.
Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.
Inhalation: please be careful when diffusing as it is very strong and can be over stimulating.
