About Our Peppermint Essential Oil
The ‘Mitcham’ variety of Peppermint originates from England. It is the perfect pairing of menthol and menthone that give this Peppermint variety oil a cool and energizing lift. Best utilized for freshening breath, to relieve motion sickness, nervous stomach and nausea. Peppermint oil is a must have for the home pharmacy.

Direction For Use
Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted. Careful: potential irritation.
Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.
Inhalation: diffuse or inhale.
Other uses: widely used for creating blends.
