About Our Organic Fennel Essential Oil
In French style aromatherapy the oil is used as an analgesic, spasmolytic, cardio- and male tonic. It is also used for menstrual, muscle and respiratory cramps, gall overproduction, asthma and bronchitis. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fennel seeds are used for deficiency of the gallbladder, liver and digestive tract, for gout and kidney support.
Aromatic Notes
Fresh, sweet, earthy, spicy, anise-like aroma.
Direction For Use
Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier oil or undiluted.
Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.
Inhalation: diffuse or inhale.
Other uses: used in addition to creating blends.
