WHAT IT DOES

HOW TO USE IT

Due to its non-aggressive character the blend can be applied liberally to the throat, over the tonsils, the chest, to the armpits and soles of the feet. It can also be inhaled inhaled or ingested, 1 drop several times per day in a little bit of warm water. It can also be used for gargling.  

As with any oil you are not familiar with please test for potential sensitivity first on the inside of the elbow.
